I watched this movie on my last flight from Los Angeles to New York. I hadn't heard of it before, but I love Keira Knightley and Steve Carrell, and I was told specifically that watching the Avengers without Jax would be criminal, so that was off limits.
Seeking a Friend for the End of the World was morbidly hilarious (Adam Brody had me in fits). I think I loved it so much, though, because it puts a realistic spin on the common question: if the world were ending what would you do?
The rest of the plane ride was spent in a philosophical daze. Who would I spend my time with? What would I do? Would I have the overwhelming need to say something that was left unsaid?
I think I'd still take pictures. Weird, right? It wouldn't be for the sake of the photos, of course. More for the state of mind I am in whilst photographing: the tunnel vision, the little details it forces me to notice, the moments burned into my brain.
I might be a little nuts. What would you do?
