the McKlveens

Dee & Bob have been there since the beginning.  Seriously, they were guests at the first wedding I booked under my own company name back in 2007.  Soon after, they were engaged and hired me to be their wedding photographer.  They are easily one of my favorite couples, so I was elated to learn that they combined their genes to make one tiny awesome human, Jameson.  I was laughing throughout their family photo session at the New Jersey Botanical gardens, but it should also be stated that I was cracking up throughout the editing stages as well.  Alone in my office, flipping through pictures, hysterical.  Thanks for the good times, McKlveens! xo

I keep thinking it's impossible for RJ to get any cuter, but he keeps proving me wrong.  It started pouring as I was on my way to his house earlier this week, so we focused more on playing and hugs and me catching up with his parents than taking pictures (though I somehow ended up taking a ton - shocking, I know).

I did manage to get him to agree to another date next week though ;)
Until then, here are my favorites from our sessions in the past...

Matthew

Just so you know,
your mom loves you more than she loves milk, albacore tuna and chicken nuggets
and your dad loves you more than he loves the Yankees.

Trust me, kid, that's a whole heck of a lot.

I love this family (2009 edition)

Is it really any wonder why I love them?
We did their photo session on the grounds of their beautiful home (it's a dome!).
I've also decided that no home is complete without a trapeze.
